The Rodrigues Public Utilities Corporation (RPUC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified local bidders for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a 500 m3/day Sea Water Reverse Osmosis Plant and associated works at Caverne Bouteille, Rodrigues Island.

ELIGIBILITY
Bidders should be duly registered with the Construction Industry Authority (CIA) under the appropriate grade and class of works, including:
• Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works, and/or
• Specific Works related to Water Treatment.

SCOPE OF WORKS
The project mainly includes:
• Design and installation of a 500m3/day reverse osmosis plant
• Supply and commissioning of equipment
• Auxiliary piping and pumping works

Price of Tender Documents: MUR 10,000 (VAT inclusive)

PRE-BID MEETING
A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday 11th June 2026 at 11:00 hrs at the Caverne Bouteille Desalination Plant.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Sealed bids should reach:

BID SECURITY
Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee amounting to MUR 1,000,000.
